Re: Letter of recommendation
This letter is to affirm Polo Martinez, of M. Welding Creations, as a welding & coating company worthy of your consideration.
I contracted M. Welding Creations to complete two different railings on separate remodeling projects I was working on. The projects began on time, workers were on the job every day on time, all work was completed according to the product specifications and within the agreed upon time frame, and all completed work exceeded my high demands for quality. They cleaned up every day after completion of the daily activities-something that my clients truly appreciated.
During the course of the projects, Polo provided recommendations to improve quality, and all change orders were reasonably accommodated. It is said that a customer's true satisfaction is ultimately demonstrated if and when a customer returns and purchases additional goods or services from a company. Subsequent to these remodeling projects, I have used M. Welding Creations again on other remodeling projects.
My experience the second time around was the same as the first, and I will contract with Polo Martinez in the future.
